Position requirements:
Four year degree in fashion or related
Minimum 3 years working in design for a reputable fashion company
Photoshop/Illustrator/Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, also Mac and Windows
Trend research, identification of trend resources
Identifying seasonal direction including fabrications and colors
Mood board creation
Illustration and flat sketching
Knowledge of leather and hardware
Knowledge of shoe construction critical
Pattern making, consumption and sourcing
Oversee prototype sampling
Work with production for perfect assemblies
Tech pack preparation with complete details
Costing/Pricing/Profit calculations
Must be available to travel
Available to start ASAP
